Chief Operating Officer

Jane Fulford is responsible for operational performance and enabling business units to innovate, execute their go-to-market plans and deliver world-class offerings. Jane oversees the finance, corporate IT, project management, legal and support teams, and CIRA Labs.

Prior to joining CIRA, Jane was Executive Director, Chief Information Officer at The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, responsible for information management and technology, IT security, strategic and operational planning, and enterprise project delivery oversight.

Jane is a CPA, CGA and has been the CFO in start-up and not-for-profit organizations, including CFO and Vice President of Aboriginal Governance at the Institute of Governance (IOG). She has led financial, professional advisory, service delivery and technology business units in a variety of business environments, including private-for-profit, not-for-profit, a primary care teaching hospital, government, Fortune 1000 and venture capital start-up organizations.

Jane is a Chartered Director from The Directors College and is a Certified Integral Associate Coach™ with Integral Coaching Canada.
