As Canada is expected to see tech sector wage growth outpace the energy sector, these are important questions.

Yet curiously, they still tend to go unanswered by the majority of educators. Luckily CIRA Community Investment Program recipient Kids Code Jeunesse is working to tackle this vital topic and bring it to the forefront of the educational curriculum.

Kids Code Jeunesse is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving Canadian children the chance to learn to code through intuitive teaching tools and support. We interviewed co-founder Kate Arthur for our podcast about the current state of computing coding in Canadian classrooms and how it’s never too late to learn another language… a coding one that is.
