Ottawa, ON – September 15, 2022 – Today, members of the CIRA community will begin casting their votes for candidates in CIRA’s 2022 board of directors’ election. The voting period starts today at 12:30 p.m. ET and ends at 12:30 p.m. ET on September 22, 2022.
CIRA members play an important role in choosing the leaders that will guide CIRA through the next three years of its mandate.

CIRA members can learn more about each candidate before casting their votes by reading and comparing candidate profiles.
Voting for election candidates
This year, CIRA members will have the opportunity to cast their votes to elect four candidates—three from the nomination committee slate and one from the member slate.
Voting will take place online at vote.cira.ca/voting.
The election results will be published on our site on or before September 23, 2022.
