Open Democracy Manitoba developed a toolkit for building non-partisan websites to connect citizens, politicians and the local media. This toolkit is used to build future versions of WinnipegElection.ca and ManitobaElection.ca. The project is open-sourced, allowing citizens’ groups throughout Canada and the world to build similar sites.
