In the coming weeks, we’ll be launching our annual member satisfaction survey. Members’ feedback helps us track the overall health of CIRA’s membership and identify any areas of concern and potential improvement to better serve members and internet users alike. Last year, a whopping 732 members shared their opinions—that’s just over 200 more participants (41% increase) over the previous year—let’s keep that momentum going!
About the survey
We’ve been seeking member feedback through this survey since 2011. Conducted annually by The Strategic Counsel in partnership with Sago, an independent national public opinion and marketing research and a data collection firm, the survey is completed online (or by telephone, if preferred) and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
All responses are strictly confidential and aggregated for a final report. None of the answers are in any way attributed to anyone personally.
