CIRA President and CEO to testify on Bill C-26

Ottawa, ON – January 31, 2024Tomorrow, in Ottawa, Ontario, CIRA President and CEO, Byron Holland, will testify as a witness at the House of Commons’ Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security on Bill C-26, An Act Respecting Cyber Security. Drawing on its experience and expertise as a cybersecurity services provider, CIRA has put forward four legislative amendments to strengthen Part II of Bill C-26 and foster Canadians and organizations’ trust in the bill.

Mr. Holland will be available to discuss matters related to Bill C-26.
