When accessing your member profile for the first time, you will have to verify your account and set your password using the link in the email you received. No, there is no change to your settings. We ported all your contact information to our new system including your communications preferences. If you would like to change your preferences, you can sign into your profile and edit your information in the system.
CIRA’s previous membership management system was slated for end-of-life, with no support beyond January 2027.
This system change is an exciting development for CIRA and its membership. This new Canadian cloud-based membership management system will allow us to better manage CIRA’s membership data and functionality at a lower cost.
