Elisha Dacey is a seasoned journalist with more than two decades of experience in the field. She has worked in newsrooms across Canada—from small-town papers to major outlets like CBC and Global News—and once launched the free daily newspaper Metro Winnipeg.
Byron Holland | President & CEO, CIRA
Byron Holland (MBA, ICD.D) is a global leader in Internet governance who has transformed CIRA into a multi-product, internationally recognized organization. He currently serves on the ICANN Board of Directors and is a founding member of A Technical Community Coalition for Multistakeholders (TCCM). Byron has held leadership roles with ICANN, CENTR, ARIN and TorIX, and continues to represent CIRA in international and domestic policy forums.
Courtney Comber | Executive Director, North End Connect
Courtney Comber heads up an Indigenous-led, non-profit community service organization dedicated to advancing digital equity and fostering reconciliation in Winnipeg’s North End. With a mission to bridge the digital divide, North End Connect provides affordable internet connectivity, access to technology and digital literacy training tailored to the unique needs of the community.
Bianca Wylie | Founder & Director, T&S Advisory
Bianca Wylie is a strategist and entrepreneur with a background in technology, public engagement and digital governance. A frequent speaker and guest lecturer, she founded the Open Data Institute Toronto in 2014, co-founded Civic Tech Toronto in 2015 and co-founded Tech Reset Canada in 2017. Her writing on technology has been published in a range of publications including VICE, The Globe and Mail and Toronto Life.
