Marc is an experienced marketing, digital strategy, technology, loyalty, corporate strategy, and business development executive.
Prior to joining CIRA, Marc led cross-functional teams for nearly 25 years various industries, including travel, loyalty management, telecommunications, marketing, advertising, media, higher education, and management consulting. He spearheaded significant innovations, leading digital transformation efforts at major organizations including Air Canada, Aeroplan and Bell Canada.
With significant experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary corporate initiatives and operations, Marc has been responsible for annual budgets of $40M and for leading hundreds of employees across departments, resulting in positive impacts to millions of customers. His achievements delivered tangible improvements, with annual revenue, productivity, and cost reduction benefits valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
Throughout his career, Marc has helped organizations grow by driving effective strategic planning, organizational alignment, and the delivery of robust marketing, technology, and digital solutions. Core to his success is Marc’s emphasis on motivating teams to become champions of innovation with a constant focus on customer centricity and user experience.
Marc completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in Montreal. He has an MBA from McGill University, as well as two Graduate Certificates in Management, one in International Business and another in Tourism Management. He also has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Concordia University. Marc is fluent in English and French.
